Actreg pneumatic actuators must be protected against external corrosion by appropriate material selection or surface treatment.
ACTREG pneumatic actuators are equipped with a bi-directional adjustment.
By means of an adjusting screw located in the body, a stroke adjustment of ± 5° between 85° and 95° is possible. The adjusting screw is designed to absorb the maximum rated torque of the actuator and the maximum shock loads associated with the stroke adjustment.
Counterclockwise and clockwise rotational limit adjustments can be achieved by loosening the nut, rotating the corresponding adjusting screws (left and right) to decrease or increase the angle of rotation and tightening the lock nut.
All actuators manufactured by ACTREG, S.A. are individually tested on precision electronic test benches.
Tests include pneumatic sealing tests between chambers as well as rotational verification.
All bodies are marked with the year, month, size and casting number of production.
